Standard Terms of Swedish SWOPSHOP 2.0, 19830419-3967, August 31, 2024

Customer Register Handling: Customer data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and will not be used for any other purposes.

Use of Hearts (SWOP Points): Customers cannot use their hearts (SWOP points) to pay fees, only to exchange for other items. Hearts cannot be converted into a cash withdrawal.

Condition of Items: After the customer has paid the mediation fee, it is essential to maintain SWOPSHOP's standard by only submitting whole and clean items.

Membership Fees: Membership fees are not included in the SWOP package with direct debit.

Heart Value: Each Green Heart (SWOP point) corresponds to a value of 20 SEK per heart.

Valuation: Items will be valued based on quality and condition.

Termination of SWOP Package (Direct Debit): A 3-month notice period is required to cancel the SWOP package via email to online@swopshop.se. Confirmation must be awaited.

Package Change: SWOP packages can be changed from a lower to a higher level. Changing from a higher to a lower package has a 3-month transition period.

Membership Cancellation: Customers can cancel their SWOP membership with direct debit at their own request.

Remaining Value/Hearts: Any remaining hearts will stay in SWOPSHOP's system when transitioning to SWOPSHOP 2.0.

In-store Payment: If the SWOP membership is paid for in the physical store, the customer automatically terminates the membership on the end date.

Item Valuation Process: After customers submit their items, SWOPSHOP’s staff will value them. The customer may participate in the valuation process to ensure a WIN-WIN situation, but SWOPSHOP will make the final decision.

Mediation Fee: After paying the mandatory mediation fee ("swop-fee") in-store or online, SWOPSHOP gains legal rights over the items. The customer is guaranteed to pick items in the store corresponding to the value of their hearts. Customers can have a SWOP account (credit account) with us.

SWOP Fee: The SWOP fee is 25 SEK per item, in addition to fixed fees.

Fill a Bag Offer: The "Fill a Bag" offer is valid only according to the SWOPSHOP bag volume specified in the offer.

ID Requirement: Showing an ID in the physical store is mandatory when redeeming hearts.

No Returns or Exchanges: There is no right of return or exchange for customers who have used hearts or money on items.

Item Condition: Items are in a reused condition, and when customers leave the store with their new items, they accept the condition of the items.

Insufficient Hearts: If the customer doesn't have enough hearts to exchange for items, they can purchase the difference in money.

Home Trial Service: If the customer uses the home trial service, they can return the item in the same condition with intact price tags within 5 working days to receive corresponding hearts for exchange.

Maximum Heart Redemption: Customers can use a maximum of 100 hearts per visit/day in the physical store unless otherwise stated.

SWOPSHOP Rights: SWOPSHOP reserves the right to update and change its business model.

SWOPSHOP Closure: In the event of SWOPSHOP's closure, customers will be given a limited time to use any remaining hearts. After that, the hearts will be considered expired.

Reselling Hearts: Customers are prohibited from reselling their hearts to other individuals.
